Ifeanyi Araraume is a career politician from Imo State.

He was elected Senator for Imo North (Okigwe) constituency in 1999 and re-elected in 2003, serving until 2007.

During his time in the Senate, he chaired significant committees, including Power and Steel, and was instrumental in the inclusion of Imo and Abia States in the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) bill.

Araraume is known for his dynamic political career, often switching between major political parties.
