Prince Chinedu Munir Nwoko is a multifaceted Nigerian lawyer, philanthropist, and politician. Born into the Nwoko Royal Family of Idumuje Ugboko, Delta State, in 1960, he received his legal education in the United Kingdom, where he established a successful law firm and was recognized as a leading black lawyer.
Nwoko’s political career commenced with his election to the House of Representatives, representing Aniocha/Oshimili Federal Constituency from 1999 to 2003.
In 2023, he was elected Senator for Delta North Senatorial District. Beyond his legislative roles, Nwoko is known for his significant contributions to national discourse, particularly through his involvement in debt recovery and management for Nigerian states, notably the Paris Club Refunds.
He is a passionate advocate for malaria eradication, environmental conservation in the Niger Delta, and youth empowerment.
